On this second episode, I had an empowering and engaging talk with Kristine Kuni Buccoliero, who is a community manager and mentor to startups within a startup program in Copenhagen. From a background in product design to using her design background differently with leadership and creativity to mentor young startups to get the best out of their ideas.
Kristine is an inspiring woman, she shares with us her transition from a design life to a series of transitions to a mentoring one. She explains vividly the power and uniqueness of being in that position of being a mentor and how important it is for her to mentor ''the real you''.
Knowing oneself is key in growing and expanding in a project and within a team, her thoughts on entrepreneurship but also her life as a mother, woman, professional, artist and never-ending learner are the foundation of the powerful identity she has today.
Dive into the talk and discover a ''must'' mind to discover and learn from.
